We get it, sometimes it seemed like a good idea at the time, but for whatever reason, it just didn't work out.
No worries! You have 60 days from your order's delivery date to organise either an exchange, refund or credit.

**Please Note: No refunds are given for items bought on clearance**
The Details
- Keep in mind all items must be returned in an unused state and in their original condition.
- Only once the item/s have been received by Squeak and assessed to be in an unused, undamaged and original condition, will we process your exchange/refund/credit.
- Please be aware that no exchange/refund/credit is guaranteed as it is subject to our review of the condition of the returned product.
- No return postage costs will be covered by Squeak, this will have to be paid for by yourself. For an exchange, Squeak will cover the costs for posting the new item/s out.
- No refunds on postage paid by the customer, if the refund is granted, it will be for the cost of the product only.
- Please keep postage receipt as proof of postage, so returned items can be tracked and investigated if necessary.
- No refunds or exchanges can be given until the item/s are received by Squeak.
